"Still Making Up My Mind"
It seems legit so far, and part of me wants to trust it because it reminds me of those times when something actually worked out better than expected. But I still have a little hesitation in the back of my mind, like I’m not completely ready to say I’m fully convinced yet.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from mymonat.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. They sent me a tracking email, but it barely updated for days, so I was just sitting there with no idea where my package actually was. That part was weird. The products did eventually show up, but it took long enough to be annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t order if you need something quickly.

"Order didn’t match what I bought"
My order arrived with completely different items than what I actually ordered. I went back and checked the confirmation email just to make sure I wasn’t misreading anything, but nope, what was in the box didn’t line up. Support eventually got involved, but it took longer than it should have, and reading between the lines, it felt like nobody really knew what happened. It’s just frustrating when you pay for something and expect the basics to be right

The sales rep did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Some of the answers were kind of vague too, so I wasn’t totally sure about a few things...

"Honestly, It Freaked Me Out"
I tried this once and almost immediately felt irritation, which was enough of a red flag for me. I didn’t want to risk making things worse, so I stopped using it right away. Just didn’t feel safe for my skin.

"Replies were sorta slow, but they helped"
Customer service took sorta longer than I expected to get back to me. Once they replied, they were nice and did help with what I needed, but I definitely wish the response time had been a bit quicker...

"Return policy was fine, just a little clunky"
I ordered from MONAT and ended up needing to check the return policy because one of the items just wasn’t really working for me. The info is there, and I did eventually figure out what I needed to do, but it felt like I had to read around a bit more than I expected.
The return window seemed reasonable enough, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t exactly smooth either, like it could’ve been laid out in a simpler way or maybe I was missing something. Overall, kind of in the middle for me.

"Earnings Were Nowhere Near What Was Promised"
I went into this expecting the income to be at least somewhat close to what they suggested, but it ended up being way less. I get that results can vary, but the difference was big enough that it feels misleading. They really need to be more upfront about realistic earnings and take accountability for setting expectations that don’t match the actual experience.

"The business side takes more than they make it sound"
I checked out Monat mainly because of the business opportunity. Some of the information was useful, but the way the income side was talked about felt a little more hopeful than realistic. From what I could tell, you’d probably need a big circle and be comfortable posting all the time to really get anywhere with it. It’s not a bad option, but it definitely doesn’t seem as simple as it might look at first.

"Didn’t really do anything for me"
I wanted to like this, but I didn’t notice any real results. It just felt like regular shampoo to me, which makes me a little suspicious of all the big claims. Maybe it works for other people, but I didn’t see a difference.

I was a little unsure at first because it took some time to notice a real difference. But after sticking with it, I feel a lot better about my hair now. There’s definitely less breakage, and even though the progress was slow, it made me feel like my hair was finally getting stronger.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
The products were okay, I guess, but I keep wondering if I expected too much for the price. I thought the results would be a bit better considering how much I paid. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I’m not really sure I’d buy again.

"Changing my subscription was surprisingly easy"
I thought updating my subscription was going to be a whole annoying thing, but it wasn’t bad at all. I went on MONAT, made the changes I needed, and didn’t have to call anyone, which was a relief.
The site was simple to figure out and everything showed up right away. I was expecting some delay or random issue because that usually happens with this kind of stuff, but nope, it worked fine. So yeah, I’m happy with it, even if I was mildly suspicious the whole time

"Super easy to browse and shop"
I had a really smooth time using mymonat.com. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I was looking for without having to hunt around too much. The menu made sense, which makes a big difference when you’re just trying to shop without extra hassle.
Checkout was simple too, and I didn’t feel lost at any point. The product info was easy to read on my phone, which I appreciated. Maybe a couple little areas could be polished, but nothing that bothered me at all. Overall, great experience and definitely 5 stars from me...

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I ended up sending back an order from MONAT because I changed my mind after buying it
I thought the refund would be annoying, but it was straightforward, I reached out to support, they gave me the return details, and I shipped it back, their reply wasn’t instant but it came in a reasonable amount of time
The refund showed up a few days later and it matched what they told me, no weird back and forth or runaround, which I really appreciated

"Pricing wasn’t super clear"
Maybe I missed something, but the costs didn’t really show up until later than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just would’ve been nice to see it more clearly upfront.

"I think I really like the scent"

"Made my scalp itchy"
I really wanted to like Monat because my hair did feel clean after using it, but after a few washes my scalp started getting itchy and red. I don’t know what’s in it, but clearly something in the product didn’t agree with me. I stopped using it and, surprise, the irritation calmed down. It’s not the absolute worst thing I’ve tried, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

"I used this for a few weeks and..."
I used this for a few weeks and started noticing way more hair shedding than usual. I even checked my order email and receipt to see how long I’d been using it because it felt like it happened quickly. I stopped using it, but I’m still a bit worried and hoping my hair goes back to normal.
